Return Policy
Returns on tropicals, houseplants, bonsai, annuals, hanging baskets, planters, seeds, bulbs and poinsettia is 24 hours after purchase.
Returns on dry goods are valid up to 7 days after purchase.
Plant Warranty
We provide quality plants in good condition. We are responsible for plant care at the garden centre. You are responsible for plant care after leaving the nursery. Nursery Stock (trees and shrubs) are guaranteed one year from purchase date. Perennials are guaranteed for the current growing season. Tropicals, houseplants, bonsai, annuals, hanging baskets, planters, seeds, bulbs and Poinsettias are not covered under our guarantee.
Our guarantee is for a plant of equal value subject to the presentation of our receipt and the dead plant.
Delivery Policy
A $15 flat rate will be applied to all deliveries under $120. Delivery is limited to London, Ontario and surrounding area (15 km radius). Larger orders may require additional delivery fees.
If we are unable to contact you and no one is home, we will unfortunately have to reschedule your order for the next delivery date and charge an extra delivery fee of $15, regardless of whether you qualified for free shipping.
If you decide to cancel your order after it has been sent out for delivery you will be required to pay a restocking fee equal to 10% of your order total including taxes. This fee will be deducted from your total return amount.
