Dry Goods Returns

Eligible items: soil, fertilizers, garden tools and supplies, pottery, wall art, decor

Full refund within 7 days of purchase if in original condition

After 7 days, store credit will be issued

Items must be returned in purchased condition

Plant Returns and Warranty
Warranty Periods

Trees and Shrubs: 1 year from date of purchase

Perennials, Fruits, and Roses: Current growing season (spring until first frost)

Tropicals, Succulents, Annuals, and Seasonal plants: 24 hours from purchase
Note: Effective September 15th annually, all Perennials, Trees, and Shrubs become FINAL SALE with no warranty coverage.
Warranty Coverage

Eligible plants: Exchange for a replacement plant or store credit equal to the returned plant's value

No monetary refunds available

Exact replacement plants are not guaranteed and will be handled case-by-case
Customer Responsibilities
To maintain warranty validity, customers must provide:

Proper soil and light conditions

Prompt planting
-
Proper staking and support
-
Initial watering at planting time

Correct watering method and amount
-
Mulched, weed-free area around plant base
-
Adequate winter protection for sensitive plants in Southwestern Ontario
Warranty Exclusions

Damage from severe weather (winter desiccation, drought)

Animal damage
-
Improper herbicide use

Salt exposure
-
Premature cold-weather planting
-
Exposing greenhouse-tender plants to cold

Physical damage during handling/transportation

Delivered items

Sale items
Claiming Your Warranty
If a covered plant dies:

Take a picture of the deceased plant
-
Email the photo to nursery@parkwaygardens.ca OR
-
Show the photo to a staff member in person
-
If possible, bring the plant to the garden centre
Note: Do not bring trees, shrubs, or perennials back without prior approval.

Contact Garden Centre staff promptly if you notice any plant problems

Staff can provide assistance and information to help plants survive and flourish

Magnolia Boutique Returns & Exchanges
In Person Shopping: We will accept in person shopping returns of full priced unworn, unwashed merchandise within 7 days of purchase.
Online Orders: We will accept returns of full-priced unworn, unwashed merchandise with all tags attached and a copy of your packing slip within 14 days of receiving your item(s) for a full refund.
Please note: All sale merchandise is FINAL SALE.
Notice must be given to magnolia@parkwaygardens.ca to obtain a return authorization number within 2 days of receipt of your product.
All returns are at the cost of the buyer. We recommend returning your item(s) to us via tracked shipping. Your refund will be processed within 7 business days of your package's arrival. If there is a refund due, a credit will be issued in the original form of payment.
Shipping charges for returned merchandise are NON-REFUNDABLE.
