What forms of payment do you accept online?
Currently we accept MasterCard, Visa, AMEX, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay. You can also use your Parkway Gardens Online E-Gift Card.
Please Note: Our physical blue gift card is only redeemable in-store.

Where do you deliver?
We are currently only delivering to London and surrounding areas (within 15km) such as, Ilderton, Mount Brydges, Kilworth, Komoka and Lucan.

How much is delivery?
Orders between $200 - $750 are $30 fee
Orders over $750 are free*
*Excludes Wire baskets and Concrete deliveries
When will I get my delivery order?
We do not offer same day delivery. We aim to have your garden centre order processed and delivered within 2-4 business days depending on the product.
Are you taking orders for custom arrangements this year?
We unfortunately do not offer custom arrangements at this time. We do offer workshops at Christmas so that you are able to create your own winter arrangement. Join our newsletter for seasonal updates!
Can I place a pre-order to pick up later in the season?
Our greenhouses are bursting at the seams as they do every spring as we look forward to your visits! Because of this, we are unable to hold any plant material. Don't worry we will still have our usual great selection to choose from.
Do you have any current discount codes?
PARKWAY POINTS
Parkway Points is Parkway Garden Centre's loyalty points program. For every $1 spent, earn 10 Parkway Points. Once you have earned 2500 points, redeem for $5 off at Parkway Garden Centre. Points never expire and can be redeemed on anything in the garden centre. Sign up in-store for our newsletter and receive 1000 bonus Parkway Points!
SENIORS
Parkway provides a 15% discount to Seniors every Tuesday. This discount is available on all items unless already discounted. The larger discount will be applied.
HORICULTURE GROUPS
Horticultural groups upon proof of membership, receive a 15% discount any day. This discount is available on all items unless already discounted. The larger discount will be applied.
Parkway does not offer discounts for:
- Discounted prices for sales which start after the date of purchase
- Price matching
- Stacking discounts; the larger discount will be applied

Do I need a special Parkway Points card?
No, there is no special card required to earn or redeem points. Once you are registered in our system, simply let the cashier know your name or phone number and we will look you up.
If I return an item I bought, do I get to keep my points from the original purchase?
No, when an item is returned, the points are also returned.
Can I earn/redeem points on parkwaygardens.ca?
Our website site is not currently setup for Parkway Points.
Parkway Points are only redeemable at Parkway Garden Centre in-person for garden centre items.
How can I see how many points I have earned?
Your receipt will show you how many points you have earned on your purchase as well as how many total points you have earned.
I'm a landscaper and I already get the landscaping discount. Can I also earn Parkway Points?
Unfortunately, landscapers who have a business account with Parkway and are already receiving the discount will not be eligible for Parkway Points.

When can I expect my order to ship and arrive?
We strive to process and ship Magnolia Boutique orders within 1-3 business days. Shipping times vary based on region. We use Canada post and Courier services.
Is local pickup available?
Yes, we offer local pickup at Parkway Garden Centre (1473 Gainsborough Road, London, Ontario) which can be selected at checkout. You will receive an email notification when your order is ready for pickup.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship only within Canada.
Do you accept returns?
In Person Shopping: We will accept in person shopping returns of full priced unworn, unwashed merchandise within 7 days of purchase.
Online Orders: We will accept returns of full-priced unworn, unwashed merchandise with all tags attached and a copy of your packing slip within 14 days of receiving your item(s) for a full refund.
Please note: All sale merchandise is FINAL SALE.
Notice must be given to magnolia@parkwaygardens.ca to obtain a return authorization number within 2 days of receipt of your product.
All returns are at the cost of the buyer. We recommend returning your item(s) to us via tracked shipping. Your refund will be processed within 7 business days of your package's arrival. If there is a refund due, a credit will be issued in the original form of payment.
Shipping charges for returned merchandise are NON-REFUNDABLE.

Events & Workshops
What happens if I am unable to attend a workshop I paid for?
Please choose your classes with care.
We are unable to offer refunds for non-attendance, as we carefully purchase supplies, and plan ahead for classes to proceed with an exact number of enrolled students.
If you cancel with enough notice and we fill your spot we may be prepared to offer a refund but if a class proceeds with a missing spot you will be financially responsible for the spot you committed to.

What should I wear?
You can wear anything you like that's comfy and you don't mind if it gets dirty .
Is there an age requirement?
This class is intended for independent adults. Anyone over the age of 13 is welcome.
Is your workshop space accessible?
There is a handicap button at the front entrance door. When you enter the Greenhouse you will be able to access all areas with wide aisles and doorways. Our workshop area has concrete floors and tables that can be adjusted as needed.
