Job Description:

This position is responsible for overseeing the landscape department and its operations. The Landscape Operations Manager is responsible for running the department and overseeing landscape project plans and the finished product.

Responsibilities and Duties:

1. Monitor time-sensitive project activities to ensure that instructions are followed, deadlines are met, and schedules are maintained
2. Provide and source continuous on-the-job training to landscaping employees 
3. Actively practice and monitor safety procedures, ensuring all employees are wearing personal protective equipment at all times 
4. Update and monitor department billing/expenses through spreadsheets and other monitoring systems.
5. Ensure KPIs are met and maintained 
6. Hit sales goals set by management
7. Perform customer relations, sales and other front-facing duties
8. Plan and execute marketing strategies for the department 
9. Complete other responsibilities and tasks as assigned by management
