Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Landscaping Foreman to oversee and lead our landscaping projects. The ideal candidate will manage a team, ensure high-quality work, and maintain a safe work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate landscaping crew activities on-site.
• Interpret blueprints and design plans for landscaping projects.
• Train and mentor team members in landscaping techniques and safety practices.
• Ensure the proper use of tools and equipment.
• Manage project timelines and ensure work is completed an schedule.
• Communicate with clients to understand their needs and expectations.
• Maintain inventory of supplies and materials.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality and safety compliance.
• Prepare and share daily reports on project progress and team performance.
• Address any issues or conflicts that arise on the job site.
• Any additional duties set out by supervisor or manager.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent, additional education in horticulture or landscaping is a plus.
• Proven experience in landscaping and team leadership.
• Strong knowledge of landscaping techniques, plants, and equipment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift heavy materials (up to 80Lbs) and perform repeatable physically demanding tasks.
• Capability to stand, bend, and walk for extended periods.

Hours of Work:

This position is Seasonal, full time, and will be 5 days a week. Monday to Friday with minimal Saturdays and no Sundays.

Compensation:

The pay rate based on experience and education. Overtime is paid at 1.5 times regular pay after 44 hours per week.
